Qualifications & Requirements
• English proficiency at 80% (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree completed or final-year coursework in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong software development experience using technologies such as Python, Java, .NET, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in backend automation, including workflow orchestration, API development, and process optimization.
• Experience integrating solutions with Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, platforms, or services.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and propose scalable, reliable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend components.
• Build and deploy software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing and new systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
