Gerente Legal (Bilingüe)

REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Legal and Social Sciences, Attorney and Notary
Master’s Degree (LLM, Compliance, MBA, or related fields)
3+ years of experience in similar roles as Legal Manager, Head of Legal, or Legal Director (in-house) within multinational corporate groups
or as a Senior Associate in law firms with international portfolios
Advanced level of English

Key Responsibilities
Commercial and International Contract Management
Draft, review, negotiate, and technically validate all contractual documentation of the group, including export and supply agreements with international clients.
International Trade and Customs Compliance
Coordinate and follow up, together with external legal advisors in the United States, on foreign trade and customs compliance matters related to the group’s export operations (including drawback processes and international shipping documentation).
Regulatory Management, Permits, and Licenses
Coordinate the obtaining, renewal, and validity of authorizations, permits, governmental licenses, and sanitary or commercial registrations required for the operation of the group’s entities before state institutions in each country.
Corporate Compliance
Promote the integration of regulatory compliance criteria into the group’s legal management, evaluating applicable international frameworks and professional certifications.

Deadline Management and Risk Prevention
Corporate Asset Insurance Management
Asset Protection and Wealth Structuring Management
Coordination and Liaison with Internal and External Advisors
